Carlos: ¿Qué le pasa a tu computadora?
→ What’s wrong with your computer?
Ana: La pantalla está en negro y no responde.
→ The screen is black and it’s not responding.
Carlos: ¿Has intentado reiniciarla?
→ Have you tried restarting it?
Ana: Sí, pero sigue igual.
→ Yes, but it stays the same.
Carlos: Déjame ver. A veces es un problema de conexión.
→ Let me see. Sometimes it’s a connection issue.
